Professor Ren Yiping of Zhejiang Center for Disease Control and Prevention is mainly engaged in the research of hygienic physical and chemical inspection technology, food safety inspection technology and other aspects. He uses high-precision mass spectrometer for analysis and testing, which has very high quality requirements for peptides and proteins.
