This is a master agreement between and Chinapeptides for peptide synthesis services. Based on this Contract could order peptides from Chinapeptides using an order sheet, which shall clearly states the peptide sequences. Terms for timeline, quantity, quality, pricing are defined below and applied to all subsequent orders.

Timeline: less than 50 peptides will be delivered within 3 weeks after receipt of orders.
less than 100 peptides will be delivered within 4 weeks after receipt of orders.
less than 200 peptides will be delivered within 6 weeks after receipt of orders.

Quantity:

Quality: % purity by HPLC and identification by MS(ESI)

Pricing: $ /per peptide with mer

Delivery Terms: Chinapeptides will prepare the peptides, their HPLC spectra and MS reports in working days, The package will be send to purchaser through FedEx or UPS.

Payment terms: 80% costs in advance. After receipt of all products for each order, purchaser should pay the left payment within fortnight.
